We want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If you’d like to return an item, the process is simple and handled directly through your account.
How to Make a Return
- Log in to your account.
- Select the order that includes the item you want to return.
- Click Request Return and choose a reason for the return.
- Wait for our response. We review requests within 24 hours and send you instructions by email.
Important: Returns sent without prior communication or approval will not be accepted.
Important Notes
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made a mistake.
- Refunds are processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.
