When will my order ship out?
All cases are made to order to ensure the highest quality and attention to detail. Typically, your order will ship out within 1-3 business days after production begins. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

Why isn't my tracking number accurate or live?
Tracking numbers may take 24-48 hours to update after your package has been shipped. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a notification with a tracking link via email.
If there are no updates or the parcel appears stuck at a location, it is often due to the package crossing borders, and in some cases, a new tracking number is generated. For international shipments, tracking may also appear inactive when transferred to a local courier.
We rely on a global network of shipping services, including UPS, FedEx, DHL, and local postal services like USPS, to deliver your order as quickly as possible. For this reason, tracking may not always be live or available immediately.
If you’re unable to track your package after a few days, contact our support team, and we’ll assist you.
Can I change my shipping address if I entered it wrong?
If you entered the wrong shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address if your order has not yet been shipped.
Please note that once an order has been processed or dispatched, we may not be able to make changes to the shipping details.
If the order has already been shipped, we recommend reaching out directly to the shipping carrier with your tracking number to see if they can assist with rerouting the package.

Can I track my order?
Yes, you can track your order.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification with a tracking link via email. It usually takes 24-48 hours for tracking services to update after the shipment is dispatched.

How can I cancel my order?
Your case is custom-made just for you once you place an order. If production has already started, cancellations may not be possible. However, if you need to make changes or cancel, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to assist.
Once your case arrives, you can ship it back to us within 30 days for a refund. Please note that the original shipping cost is non-refundable, and return shipping will be your responsibility.
How do I check my order status?
When you place an order, an account is automatically created for you.
You can log in to your account to view your order history, check the shipping status, and find your tracking number. This allows you to manage your purchases and stay updated on your order’s progress.
Can I make changes to my order?
As your case is made to order, we’re unable to make changes once production begins.
If your order has not yet entered production, we can cancel it so you can place a new order with your preferred items. However, once production has started, cancellations or changes will not be possible.
