CaseBob Sweden processes all orders within 1-3 business days from the date of order confirmation. Processing time may vary depending on the volume of orders at our fulfillment center. Orders placed after business hours on Fridays or over the weekend will be processed the following Monday during regular business hours.

2. Production and Shipping Timeline

Once your order is processed, most items are produced and ready for shipment within 2-3 business days. Production times may vary slightly depending on the complexity and volume of the order. Shipping times are dependent on your location, and all orders are fulfilled by our dedicated teams in Australia, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Italy.

4. International Shipping and Delays

We strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe; however, international shipments may experience delays due to unforeseen circumstances, such as customs inspections, weather conditions, or pandemic-related restrictions. CaseBob Sweden is not responsible for delays beyond our control, but we will make every effort to keep you informed regarding your shipment.

5. Tracking and Notifications

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information within 24 hours. If you have not received tracking details after 24 hours from the shipment confirmation, please check your spam folder or contact us at hello@casebob.com.

6. Shipping Restrictions

CaseBob Sweden ships to most countries worldwide. However, we reserve the right to decline shipments to specific locations where postal services or shipping carriers may not be available or feasible. You will be notified promptly if we are unable to ship to your address.

7. Risk of Loss

All purchases from CaseBob Sweden are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. CaseBob Sweden is not liable for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

8. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that all shipping details are accurate when placing your order. CaseBob Sweden is not responsible for delays or misdeliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
