We stand behind every CASE·BOB product. Each phone case is covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty from Casebob Sweden, protecting you against verified manufacturing defects and production errors.

Coverage

Your warranty includes protection against:

• Defects in materials or workmanship
• Production issues such as cracks, poor fit, or print misalignment

Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear such as small scratches, fading, or surface marks
• Damage caused by drops, impact, or misuse
• Third-party repairs, alterations, or reprints
• Damage to the phone or other devices
• Color differences between your product and its online images. Display color varies by screen settings, brightness, and device type, and is not considered a defect.

How to Make a Claim

1. Visit our Contact Page and include your order number and a short description of the issue.
2. Our team will reply by email requesting clear photos of the defect.
3. Once photos are received, your claim will be reviewed within one business day.
4. If approved, we’ll replace or refund the item.

Note: The warranty is limited to one claim per order. If a replacement case is issued, it is not eligible for an additional warranty claim.

Limitations

The warranty covers only the phone case itself. Casebob Sweden is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including any device damage. Refunds or replacements are limited to confirmed manufacturing defects.

Additional Notes

• Claims are reviewed and validated at the sole discretion of CASE·BOB support.
• Warranty applies only to purchases made directly from Casebob Sweden or authorized retailers.
• Shipping costs for returns or replacements may apply depending on your location.
• If a shipment is marked as “Delivered” by the postal service, lost or unreceived parcels are not eligible for refund unless carrier error is confirmed.
