At CaseBob, we ensure the quality and durability of our products. All phone cases are backed by a 1-Year Limited Warranty to cover manufacturing defects.

What is Covered:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
  • Issues like cracks, improper fit, or misaligned designs caused during production.

What is Not Covered:

  • Normal wear and tear, including scratches, fading, or discoloration.
  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or improper care.
  • Damage resulting from unauthorized modifications or repairs.

How to Make a Claim:

  1. Contact Us: Email Us with your order number and details of the issue.
  2. Provide Proof: Attach photos that clearly show the defect.
  3. Resolution: If approved, we will repair, replace, or refund your case, depending on the situation.

Limited Liability:

CaseBob is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including damage to your device, arising from the use or inability to use our cases. The warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the case itself.

Important Notes:

  • CaseBob Sweden reserves the right to validate any warranty claims at our sole discretion.
  • Warranty claims are valid only for cases purchased directly from CaseBob or authorized retailers.
  • Shipping costs for returns or replacements may apply.
